Dawn Taylor Biegelsen is the development officer at the Kemper Museum of Contemporary Art in Kansas City. She is responsible for strengthening and diversifying the museum’s funding relationships with individuals, corporations, and foundations. She spent nine years in the membership and development departments at The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art, forming significant partnerships with national and local funders.
