Organizational memberships run on a calendar cycle expiring on December 31 each year. Please allow three to five business days for membership payment processing and activation of member benefits.

Individual memberships run on anniversary cycles, expiring on the last day of the month one year from when the membership was purchased. Individual memberships are nontransferable. If an organization purchases the individual's membership and the employee leaves the organization, the membership goes with the individual who is named in the membership, not the organization.
