What’s included?
All programs include speakers, customized presentations, interactive sessions, and supporting materials. The local partner is responsible for planning and promoting the event locally, including setting fees and managing registration. Event locations, housing, food and beverage, and transportation logistics are also the responsibility of the local partners.
Who can benefit?
Sessions and conferences are designed with the talents of local arts and cultural leaders in mind, and can also bring together the broader business, education, and civic communities to work toward a common goal. Programs use research, case studies, expert speakers, and interactive facilitation to:

Fees are negotiated based on the availability of preferred speakers and the actual costs of travel and accommodations. Please contact us even if budget concerns limit your ability to access these services. Americans for the Arts is committed to serving communities across the country, especially those with limited resources.
- Single session—starting at $3,000
A single session that frames a key issue with customized research and helpful comparisons among similar American communities. This option is particularly suited to fit inside existing conferences. - One-day program—starting at $8,500
A six-hour program with a keynote followed by facilitated breakouts, including a focus on specific local and regional cases. The one-day program is presented by Americans for the Arts staff and locally-identified group leaders and facilitators. - Two-day program—starting at $15,000
A combination of keynotes, general sessions, breakouts, and site visits are designed to meet in-depth goals and training objectives. The two-day program is presented by Americans for the Arts staff and locally-identified group leaders and facilitators. - Marketing Bootcamp
provides up to eight days of training with individual consulting, granting, and mentoring. Contact us for more information on this extended program.
